TICKETING EXPLAINED:

Ticketing Introduction:
This is the non-confrontational alternative to wheel clamping that puts you in total control and can be tailored to any clients needs, from 1 space to 10,000 spaces.
If you are a landowner or an authorised person acting on behalf of such (i.e. tenant), and suffer from motorists abusing your land whereby you would like to control who gets penalised- then Ticketing is for you. You will find this service not only is it ethical, lawful, cost effective but very efficient in deterring and eliminating illegal parking.
It is worth noting that the system may not be quite as effective or as fast in eradicating your parking abuse as wheel clamping, but it is certainly more socially acceptable than wheel clamping and gives you total control of who gets penalised and fined. You can always implement wheel clamping at a later date through ourselves, as we have a wheel clamping division, if the need arises, so therefore the best of both worlds.
TICKETING LEGALITY:
The law requires that large, clear warning signs be displayed both at the entrance and throughout the parking area, informing motorists of the restrictions in place. There must be sufficient warning signs clearly displayed so that they are easily visible from where a vehicle may park and subsequently be issued with a Fixed Parking charge, should a vehicle park in such an area, they are entering into a contract agreeing to the terms of the parking as displayed on the warning signs.
Our legal department will undertake at no cost to you the collection of the parking charge, where we obtain the vehicle licensing details from the DVLA we will not disclose data to you.
HOW IT WORKS:
We will provide you with plastic weatherproof warning signs, designed and worded for maximum effect in deterring unauthorised parking, clearly informing motorists of the consequences of unauthorised parking. The signs clearly state our company name so offenders can see the parking control is our responsibility and not yours.
For the issuing of tickets, there are two options:
A: UKPM Issue the ticket and collect all the revenue.
B: You issue the tickets yourselves and receive £10 back from each paid ticket.
SELF TICKETING:
WHAT WE SUPPLY YOU WITH:
Legally required warning signs, parking permits (if needed), fixed parking notices (FPN) & £10 compensation on every paid FPN.
WHAT YOU DO:
Issue parking permits (if needed), issue fixed parking notices (FPN), once you have issued the FPN you simply send us the duplicate copy so we may carry out the enforcement process, your job is done. The offender has 10 days to pay the £60.00 fine, sholud they not do so we then obtain the vehicle licensing details from the DVLA, whereby the fine is increased to £90.00, Should payment not be received within 28 days of the date of issue, it will then be passed on to our debt recovery agents and the charge increases to £135.00 plus the debt recovery agents cost.
This system is an effective intelligent way to solve your parking problems.
